Scholarship Support for Workers Children

At Spectre Garment Technologies Vietnam Company, with facilities in Hung Yen and Ninh Binh, apparel workers elected to invest $171,000 USD of Community Development Funds into a comprehensive scholarship project. Recognizing the rising costs of tuition and school supplies as families prepared for the new academic year, the Premium Management Team prioritized this initiative to create stable, supportive learning environments for their children. The project provided direct financial assistance to all 2,536 workers at the factory. Grants were distributed based on seniority, reaching up to $77 USD per employee. These funds were designated to offset educational costs, ensuring every child had the necessary materials to begin the school year. This collective investment highlights the workers' shared commitment to education and family well-being. By easing the financial burden of the back-to-school season, the scholarship program enabled employees to dedicate more household resources to their children’s development. Ultimately, the project fostered greater stability during a traditionally expensive time of year, helping workers effectively balance their professional roles with their responsibilities at home.
