Physical Examinations for Employees

The workers at the Dongguan Leroy factory voted for an initiative to benefit 525 workers and with the goal of promoting health awareness among the factory staff and to addresses critical needs specific to the middle- age to older workforce. There are areas of health for this age range that are best treated through early detection and prevention: cancer ,diabetes, hypertension. This wellness project was promoted by the reality that workers manufacturing in China often face physically demanding roles, making such programs vital to addressing their unmet healthcare needs. A series of comprehensive exams were implemented at central locations to a to assess the overall health status of employees via measurement of vials and bloodwork collection. The medical teams took appropriate measures for intervention and treatment.
