Employee Health Program

A recent worker survey at this factory found that 75% of employees wanted better access to everyday health resources - particularly medicines and equipment for managing common ailments like colds, fevers, and checking blood pressure. In 2024, factory employees voted to invest Community Development Funds to launch a worker health program - a company-wide wellness initiative to ensure all employees have access to essential medications and health monitoring equipment. Cold remedies, blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, traditional herbal treatments, and more are now available onsite when workers need them, along with health education to build employees' knowledge. This project has provided a valuable service to workers and fostered a workplace culture where employees feel valued and equipped to take care of themselves.
