Community Blood Drive

At this Fair Trade Certified cosmetics factory in Shanghai, workers decided to give back to their community by using community development funds to sponsor a voluntary blood drive, collaborating with community leaders and medical providers. Four workers stepped up to donate, along with community members. For these employees, it was a small but meaningful way to support those in need.
