Food and Nutritional Support

The Premium Management Team of Youngone - CEPZ, LTD focused efforts to enhance the well-being and nutritional health of the workforce. The project is welfare program designed to provide essential nutritional and daily care items to over 100,000 beneficiaries. $96,000 USD was invested from the Community Development Funds to distribute support packages were to the full workforce. This project was planned in response to the significant economic pressures due to rising inflation, particularly in food prices. A recent significant inflation of the cost of food and personal care items in Bangladesh has made it increasingly challenging for our workers to meet their basic nutritional and daily needs. The planning and implementation of the project also provided a method for co-workers to connect and feel supported. It was a morale boosting activity and gesture that gave the workforce a feeling of commeraide and strengthen relationships in the working environment.
